Well we know it must be a copy, but I can't find out about any replicas other than the ones already guessed!

I guess its pretty obvious that it is a replica of Independence Hall.  The question is "Where is it?"


I find it odd that one can google Indepence hall replicas and not find it.  Its a very famous replica.  When commissioned the architect copied the original plans  exactly and told the person who wanted it built that the flaws in the original building could be rectified.  The reply was "OH, no, build it exactly like the original, leave the flaws in." 

Additional clue.  Its East of the Mississippi River.
