Time for another puzzler:

This looks incredibly familiar.....
Lamborghini Espada? But I fear that's far too pedestrian of a guess for what you've given us in the past.
Definitely looks like something done by Pietro Frua.
A Monteverdi? Total shot in the dark, but a Lamborghini or Maserati seems too easy.
Not Frua.
Not a Monteverdi, either, though that is the right sort of era.
Definitely looks Italian, but I am just going to go ahead and make my first guess this brand to get it out of the way.
Bitter?
There are certainly Italian connections here.
Not a Bitter.
Maserati?
Nicht.
Iso?

Bitter?
Ha, that was my first thought but the windows don't look right.
Not Iso, but you are in the right sort of area.
Bizzarrini?
No.
If you can get the designer (who is well known), then you may well be able to Google the answer......... I don't expect anyone will know off the top of their head what this is.
It would probably give it away if I told you where I saw it, too.
I'm pretty sure this is a Bertone design, right?
It is not a Bertone design.
Aw shit.
It strikes me as "to wedgy" to be a Frua design. I won't guess Pininfarina because that might be to easy....
Italdesign?
None of the three mentioned in your latest response.
Fiat?
No.
Here goes....Autobianchi?
Definitely no.
DeTomaso?
Lancia?
Well, there is a Lancia connection here.... under that stylish body are Lancia mechanicals.
Now figure out what it really is!

I still need to guess because my knowledge of Italian exotics isn't as brilliant as yours!
Zagato?
Tjaarda?
Tjaarda was indeed the designer.
Ghia?
So you've got that it is based on a Lancia and that the designer was Tom Tjaarda.
Now you need to name this car (it was a concept, a one off)............ it has a name.
I'm going to do an Ifcar...I'll stop guessing because it's so hard!!!
Hmmm...is the brand still around?
It is not a brand.
It is a one-off, designed by Tom Tjaarda, built on Lancia mechanicals.
You are most of the way there, you just need to tell me what it was called.
(Google is your friend, or you could go to another place where Jonny Malim, aka "Racing" managed to identify it a bit more quickly!)
I'm getting no results with "Jonny Malim + racing or Lancia"....
You did not go to the correct other place!
If you Synthesise what you have here, that may get you somewhere..........
Giacobbi Sinthesis 2000.
Yes sir. That is exactly what it is.
It is currently at the Marconi Auto Museum in Orange County, CA.

Aha...but I got a link to a thread you created at The Motor which I am sure had this car, but it was "deleted"...google wouldn't lead me to it...
Thread's still there:
