Best choice for long distance commuting car..

MrH

These programs are meant to be high margin and drive quality CPO vehicles to dealers too.  By starting with used vehicles to begin with, you're making this more difficult to manage from an upkeep stand point, you're going to dealing with much smaller margins, and you'll have no consistency in what you're offering.

If they did this for as cheap as possible with CPO vehicles, I wouldn't be interested.

Can't see myself in an Audi.

I think you might like the way it drives.

What about an M5?

I think that for a lot of driving, you need a comfortable car.  That may rule out the Porsche, which could be more cramped and harder to get into and out of.
A good friend will come bail you out of jail...BUT, a true friend will be sitting next to you saying, DAMN...that was fun!

I went looking today at the Infiniti dealer and test drove a Q50. This is because I am intrigued by the Q60 Sport that will be available here soon.

I did a relatively long test drive along with my dad and the sales guy. I liked the car. Yes, the steering is like a video game but other than that the car was very nice and it comes loaded, including the active driver aids for tens of thousands less than the Germans.

The car I drove was a 3.7 N/A V6. The 400 is a 3.5 turbo. Overall I was impressed by the refinement and value for money.

Can you get the car without the steer by wire there?

No.

Wow that's unfortunate.  I've not heard from one person who thought the SBW was a viable option after also driving one without it.

400 is a 3.0 turbo but yes it delivers a lot of value for the money. Still undertired and too softly sprung but that's easily fixed

I thought the ride and handling on the Q50 I drove was just right for GT use. I already have other cars for sports driving.

That was the goal!  Eventually, I want it added as a one-click addition, like a smiley.

I'm struggling to see why this is a meme. It's a good idea. I have the shock dynos to prove it.

I also put coilovers on a boring midsized and it's 10x better.

So I agree with coilovers all the things
