Roof carrier is 37 lb. I'm sure I more than offset any rise in center of gravity by lowering the entire car ~4" from stock.

My friends were saying it was hilarious seeing the car and top box pull away around corners in the twisties.

Seriously? More than the NC, 4Runner or RX7?

Yep. It's as practical as the 4Runner, and while that was a cool truck, it also drove like a truck. It was pretty sloppy on road, so it wasn't a lot of fun to drive.

It's also 95% as fun on the street as the NC while being much, much more livable and practical. I can go driving in the twisties with friends one day and then move all my furniture in it the next day. The Miata is so single sided it's not that fun to drive normally (aka not going 10/10ths), and it's so limiting in its practicality.

The RX7 was cool but just too old and beaten to be fun or dependable, which is interesting because the Subaru has more miles than the RX7 did.

I've put about 4,000 miles on the Volvo, 4Runner and RX7 combined. I've put over 6,000 on the Outback in less than 4 months.

Next step for me is unloading the Blizzaks I just bought so I can go in a different direction.

I haven't gotten any interest in the wheels and tires yet... need to get some better pictures put up asap.

My friend is selling me his stock 2013 WRX wheels that has a set of new Continental WinterContact Si tires on it for not much more than what I bought the Blizzaks for.

The plan was to buy the RT615k+, mount those on the WRX wheels, and mount the Continentals on the V7 STI wheels currently on the car to use as my winter set. I've only got about 5k on the 595RSRR's but god damn they are loud as fuck.
