I have a hard time deciding between the 911 and 993 for Porsche perfection.

Nobody has nailed Porsche perfection like Singer. Perfect blend of old and new 911.

964 for me.  The most modern iteration of the original design without departing from it too much.  The 993 was gorgeous, but it was a pretty radical departure from the old shape in some ways.
