That is a lot of grille, but I am into it. Toyota really did commit to this language, didn't they?



Most notable is the addition of Apple Carplay/Android Auto, and weirdly enough - Amazon Alexa.

They def overdid the grille, but it seems nice- especially that interior. Glad to see Toyota is getting on the CarPlay train.

I find it amazing that so many auto makers have better infotainment interfaces in their mainstream cars than their luxury ones. This is no exception. If this were a Lexus there would be no physical buttons. Just "gestures"

Overall looks pretty good. Agreed on CarPlay ... when we looked at the highlander (and test drove a Camry same day just because) Toyota's proprietary infotainment seemed horrible.  Infotainment in my 4Runner is pretty bad too, but at least in a much simpler old school way.

I think they did an excellent job of surfacing the sides. It looks long, low, and sporty. Compared to the Jetta it's quite refreshing.
