I've posted about this offer before, but it's back -- Kia will give you $25 for test-driving a new Optima.

I would love to drive an M/T version of the Optima but I don't know how easy it would be to find one of those.

Unless they changed it for 2012, it's the most base-model only. Go for the turbo.

Yeah, you're right. I guess I'd testdrive the Turbo then.
Although I feel like a douche walking in and testdriving a car I have no intention of buying, especially for money.

Just go during the day on a weekday if you can swing it, so you're not bothering them at a busy time, and don't abuse the car for its future buyer. It'll be fine.
You might be so impressed that you will convince your parents or friends to make the Optima their next car.

My mom bought her 7 due to the badge. Hell would freeze over before she buys a Kia.
Although you have a good point about recommending it to friends.
What did she know about the 7er when she went for it? What did the badge stand for from her perspective?

H&H
The actual H&H or the fact that it *had* H&H?
I might go do this Saturday morning actually.

I kinda want to give an Optima Turbo or Optima 5speed a try. Great looking cars.

Was it really that or did she want to impress people with a statement of what she could afford?
