I blame the inline 5.

So, if it can withstand 1.5x its weight, does that mean that it would hold in a rollover? Or not, because the forces exerted on the roof during the rollover event are much greater?

I don't know the physics but I'm going to bet that a vehicle tumbling down the road or over an embankment is going to exert a combined force greater that if the vehicle were simply lifted up, rotated, and set down slowly on its roof.
