We always rag on cities with the WORST drivers.

What about cities where drivers and driving is generally good?

12,000 RPM

In my experience, Seaside, OR. No funny business

I think population density has a high correlation with bad driving.

Detroit, MI.

I was just there over the weekend. Despite Detroit having TERRIBLE roads, the roads themselves are really flowing. Also everyone there has good lane discipline, and everyone drives 80MPH everywhere.

It's impossible to argue with Raza. He wins. Period. End of discussion.

I live in Chicago.

So Chicago is the right answer.

Not here.  Unless it's snowing, then we are comparatively better.
