What do you guys do to keep snow and water off the garage floor in the winter?

Nothing. All I get is dead leaves from the oak tree.
I use one of those floor blower fans to push the water back outside.

I've never done anything in particular. I mean if it got to be too much I have swept it out with a broom but I can only think of doing that once or twice. My garage has a slight incline leading to the garage doors so too much would just go out on its own, and the driveway has a pretty steep incline towards the road so nothing is coming in from outside.
The floor itself I am not worried about. It's painted concrete so I don't really care if it's a bit dirty from time to time.
Snow on the front of the Bolt will melt and run towards the front corner of the garage where my stack of wheels/tires and other stuff is stored.
I've never had a daily driver parked in the garage so I've never had to think about it before.
Gravity.... Slight slope to the floor

Garage floors are usually sloped slightly back to the doors. Sounds like yours isn't.
Never understood how people have spic and span garage floors with daily parked cars inside, especially in the winter in areas where it snows. I use a blower to get rid of leaves and loose dirt debris a few times a year and I mop it once a year.
My garage slopes towards the door. That said, only room for 1 car so my daily sits outside in the winter while the Mustang sleeps inside.
What about roll-out or click-together vinyl flooring?

Sounds like you need a crew to come in and grade the floor of your garage.

It would be much easier to put that stuff up on a platform.

Wooden pallets/skids make a good platform.

Yes, but depending on how the garage is constructed, I'm not sure how desirable having snow melt pooling in the front corner would be.
They make mats to contain the water runoff: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MTOFHNH/?coliid=IVB6BW7I2U4WS&colid=2PVTEJPHSFU8I&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it
expensive, but could be worth it

I'm renting this place, so nah
BIG SQUEEGEE. Like pushbroom sized with pushbroom sized handle. Works great to get the big puddles and debris out.
But.... snow? what snow? 60deg and raining today. :mask:
