It's a chop of a Chevrolet concept.

That's it. A repost of a chop. Could be based on knowledge of the product, but it definitely uses the Chevrolet S3X as a base.

The mag probably did the chop itself. It's clear that it's a rendering, they just based in on the Chevrolet vehicle instead of creating the entire thing.
Chop or not, it's a pretty sharp looking vehicle. So's the Chevy.
