Bike is dirt cheap ($95/year or something like that)

El Camino isn't quite that cheap, but not bad. I'm not sure what the actual rate is since it's combined with other cars. Since I'm >25 now I need to switch it to Hagerty so it'll actually have comp coverage. And it should be a bit cheaper too. It's a win/win.

IIRC it was $200 for 2years. On a 13yr old minivan. In 2005.

VA was actually pretty cheap on the 16yr old minivan couple weeks ago.

I think I pay like $60 for 2 years to register the Mustang and a bit less for the VW (NY basis registration fees on vehicle weight).

My brother moved to VA last year.  Not sure if it's the state or just his county/municipality, but he pays something like a grand per year for registration on his truck.  Registration is based on vehicle value.
