Citroen DS Safari.

Safari/Break/Familialle/Estate/Kombi/Station Wagon depending on where in the world you live.  Citro?n has used all these descriptions for this version of the DS at one time or another.  Check out the Spike Lee film "Crooklyn" for some pretty good up-close shots of a US-spec DS Wagon.  The film is based on Lee's early childhood and his parents allegedly owned one.

Cheers,

I love the DS wagon and the DS in general.  They're such cool cars.
