3" exhaust is here. One inch for each cylinder. Holy cats this is overkill.

This is the perfect ratio for all exhaust pipes.

The math adds up. 1+1+1=3

I will not, however, be modifying the Jeep's exhaust.

The entire exhaust system or just the tail pipe?

Cat-back. It's all it can handle without reprogramming.

Recently, Fiesta has gained a boost gauge, and a piggy-back computer that definitely cranks up the boost. Before, it was normally boosting to 10-11 PSI at WOT, and about 15 PSI in temporary overboost. The stock tuning is soooooo economical, but the variabilily of randomly not having overboost was most annoying.
With the piggy on setting "1", Fiesta will hit 16 PSI at WOT every time, and it spools up faster.
Let's turn it up to "2" and see what happens ...

Pfffffffft.
These things can reliably put out 170 hp on stock internals. I couldn't possibly be pushing more than 130 right now.

Iron, yes. 71.9 mm bore X 82 mm stroke. It's a stroker.

Turned it up to "2". Now boosting 19 PSI at WOT. :mask:

According to the innerwebs, the factory "Black Edition" 1.0 Ecoboost sold in Europe has 140 PS with the boost at 24 PSI. I think I will shoot for that, and then call it good.

After more research, it appears that the 140 PS does have one different piece of hardware - an upgraded head gasket. So, maybe I will not aim so high.

Probably you can order one of those.

Thanks. The tips are about a foot short of the bumper because the exhaust is for the ST hatchback. But I actually think it looks killer.

OMFG, it's like a whole new, better car!
With audible feedback from the engine,  I can finally drive it smoothly. It was almost dead silent before, so it was difficult to work smoothly between the throttle by wire and variable electronic boost. And then there is the turbo lag, which isn't really there anymore. It boosts right up to 21 PSI along with my right foot.

Now, the sound quality is what really blew me away. I was skeptical, because I just picked the cheapest stainless steel aftermarket exhaust for a Fiesta ST. It sounds straight up exotic. Cruising at 60 MPH, you might think it was a miniature Cummins idling along. Wind it up to the redline, and it is just more betterness. Not raspy, not droning, just a sweet baritone song. I love this car twice as much now.
