It looks like a QX56 had a baby with a Land Rover. That grille though! BMW, this is how the kidneys are supposed to look:

An element, not the whole fucking thing!
Damn that's bad.
The roof is nice though.
They must be trying to copy Lincoln's waterfall grill. Terrible idea.
Vertical design language?
Horrendous.
A little too much Rolls Royce for me... This concept will actually greatly benefit when it gets toned down from production
Looks less like an i8 and more like a Lexus printed on a dot matrix.
Stunning interior.
That's it.
The grille is part of the "active lifestyle" features. You remove it and it becomes a hibachi.
Oh, and...

I like it
It reminds me a lot of the XC90/60, and that's not a bad thing. A bit too much chrome though.
It looks blocky and small
You can probably do a dozen burgers at a time.

Without the title of the thread, I would think they're showing an upcoming Volvo. BMW loses lots and lots of sales to Mercedes and Audi because of no 3 row SUV. They should have been making a vehicle of this size for the last 10 years. I like the design of this. It doesn't just look like a bigger X5. The grill is probably still smaller than that of Audis.
It looks like a dog with its head out the window at 60 mph... eyes squinty, nostrils flared, and its jowls a flappin.
I'd expect that kind of thing from Nissan/Infiniti, but BMW? Yeesh...
Beyond hideous.
Where is MCM? He has been subpoenaed.

Haha. Just got back on the red eye this morning from Colombia (again).
I like the interior. That exterior is over the top definitely. Can use a good toning down.
In a couple of years this would be on the list when the X5s lease is up if kid #2 is here. But it has tough competition. I do love the XC90 in this size segment.
If you can live with the XC90's infotainment it looks like a solid pick.

If he can live with the badge, you mean.

Too small

They were about to, than the big financial crisis hit
