Mercedes-Benz 280S (W108), a 350SL R107 which appears to be a US-spec model which still retains the sealed-beam headlights. The front and rear bumpers have been converted into Euro-spec and what apparently is an early 1990s Cadillac DeVille (???) with a HOW DARE YOU 5.0 V8.

Oh, and that's a Cadillac Brougham. Yes, it looks exactly like the earlier Devilles. In 1987 the Deville name was changed to the smaller FWD platform, but the old RWD Devilles soldiered on until 1992 renamed "Brougham" mostly to supply the hearse and limo trade. (no DeVille ever got a 5.0 liter engine)
