Not unique to my birth year (this livery was used for about a decade), but it was used during my birth year and is one of my all-time favs.

One of my favorite model builds, as a teen, was a JPS 72D. The owner of a small hobby store chain gave me the kit that he started but didn't have time to finish. He asked me to finish it for his window display. After that build, I built several models for his window displays. They were crushed several years later when they were used to a store opening and an employee backed the van over the boxes of models.
