It is a lot more now, but the sudden spike in real estate mostly happened around the PC and PCB area. Tyndall is a bit ways off, I am sure they also saw some sort of increase but I'm telling you the increase we got in PCB was unheard of. Seriously, my parents regret not buying land when it was cheap. Probably would have been millionaires now.
