I knew this had to be Jay Leno when I saw the thread title. I think he may be the only open steam car enthusiast. Hell, he can find a reason to like any car. Best car enthusiast ever.

I had no idea steam engines made so much torque. That car must be a blast to drive.

IIRC from other videos Jay's posted of his steam cars, some development models would spin the rims inside the tires.
