U can only have one
They cost about the same (~$10-12K over a stock NB)
I think the power/weight is close (K series is prob a little better)
-800lb + crazy looks and total impracticality
Or +100 HP and 2000 RPMs
Do you get a second car?
Exocet for sure.
Exocet.

Yes, you would have a daily on the side. I should have made a motorcycle of equal value option #3. I honestly don't know which way I'd go.

You can get a lot of bike for 15-20 grand.

Then I take that option. Bonneville Street Twin. Should have more than enough leftover for a Rolex Explorer, on top of it.

The 2016 model got updated hands (the older models had hands that were way too short, off the 36mm model when the new one was 3mm larger) and lumed white gold numerals. Really perfected the design.
Certainly a better combination than a clapped out Miata and a cobbled together DIY project.
Hands down, this...

But where can you deploy such a bike.... its like having a greyhound in Tokyo
I think I would do the Exocet. It wouldn't have the manic torqueless scream of a 9000 RPM K20, which would be a perfect match for even a regular NA/NB Miata. But it would combine or even exceed the sense of occasion of a bike with the hassle-free operation of a car. No need to suit up and all that shit, just throw on a helmet (or not) and go
Of course there is option X.... buy an already built Exocet someone maxxed out their credit cards to build at a discount, and put the K in that :evildude: But yea, Exocet for me too.
If I'm limited to one other vehicle these are my only choices, I'd go K series Miata because roof.
But realistically, there's not much I want to change about my current set of vehicles. If I had more space and A LOT more money, I'd probably get an older project car, and I'd eventually like to replace the Explorer with a 4Runner. I'm honestly not sure that I'll ever get rid of the S2000 though.

Yeah, frankly, I already have a fast and engaging sports car. If I wanted another open top car, I'd probably get an old SL450 or SL560 for road trips. Something to drive slowly.
K Miata. Then I'd daily it.
