But I still didn't buy one!! For the past week I've been eyeballing Chevy Dealers Websites for the deals they're giving on Camaros. Thursday night I ran across a dealership in Green Bay Wisconsin that had some great prices. As I scrolled through the inventory this caught my eye. A mint 2010 Corvette Grand Sport (50K) for 29 Grand! Yes it's an auto but I couldn't believe it was that cheap. It's a Florida car traded on a new Z06. They originally had the car listed at 34K but discounted it 5 Grand! Needless to say I jumped on it! I ended up getting the car for $28,500 and they gave me a good deal on the G8! I'm just getting back home with the car after driving 7 hours each way to pick it up. I'm dead tired! I'll get more pics up tomarrow!

Not a bad price.  Going rate is around the 34K the dealer was asking.  The fact that winter is nearly upon us I'm sure was a motivational factor for the dealership.

YUP! I doubt many Vette's are sold in Green Bay in the winter!

thanks fellas. And yes I was eyeballing C6 GS for a while. But with the discounts Chevy is giving on new Camaros I was leaning towards one of those. As far as Z06s I like those but I want the removable roof and that's not an option on those.

Congratulations.  It's a good story too of driving 14 hours  to pick up a car.  I didn't think I would like yellow but it looks very good on your Corvette.

I'm hoping for a Camaro SS but I'll take an SS or CTS-Vsport ;).

Corvette will working nicely too.

The new 1LE though looks awesome with its deep dish split spoke wheels. I'd get the hood and trunk spoiler painted.

Nice car and good deal man. Congratulations! Ain't nothing as cool as a 'Vette.  :ohyeah:

Thanks FELLAS!!!!!

Depending on price, that could be a good deal.

I'm assuming this is a type of electric cut-out?
Maybe we need to start off small. I mean, they don't let you fuck the glumpers at Glumpees without a level 4 FuckPass, do they?

Kinda! It's a switch that keeps all four pipes open ALL the time. Usually only two pipes are open until you're above 3500 RPM. The switch is by the footrest and looks like the High Beam switch that cars used to have back in the 70s....

The hood is vinyl wrapped.  Not sure if they are color-matched to the car underneath or not, though.

I just did some research and all the last gen cars were painted body color underneath so hopefully the Gen 6 is too.

I finally got around to installing a set of 6k Hid Low Beams (Replaced the 4300 factory bulbs), 6k LED Fogs and 6K reverse LEDs.

You should do amber lamps for the license plate, too. Slightly illegal, but nobody will notice. So badass.
