They have nothing proprietary.  The only thing of worth they really have is the brand itself, which is deteriorating rapidly with all the service issues they're having.  It's not worth all the potential liabilities they have right now.  Once they go into bankruptcy, someone will surely gut it and keep the brand name alive I would think.
