KSL is bomb, I've bought and sold several vehicles with it. I have a couple cool classics on my KSL faves list at the moment. Good thing i'm all out of room in the garage!

Hmmm. Why do I do this to myself. Want this soo bad:

Never had a V12 one (or any V12 car). And these are supposedly more reliable than my V8 ones were (and those were solid for me).

Mileage: 1?

Seems like a reasonable price.

I've heard nothing but horror stories about that V12.  My friend had one and said it was terrible to work on.

It's essentially two I6s joined by a crank shaft right?  I think it has two set engine ECUs, two fuel systems, etc.

I don't see that as a huge problem, and may even mean the parts are more available.

Maybe we need to start off small. I mean, they don't let you fuck the glumpers at Glumpees without a level 4 FuckPass, do they?

It's much more reliable than the V8s in those cars (and the issue in the 8 series are primarily in the REST of the car and the really bad electronics in them), as it doesn't have the valley pan gasket issues, timing chain guide issues, VANOS issues (no VANOS, so no issues), water pump issues, water cooled alternator issues, etc. It does have two MAFs and two DMEs, but overall those tend to be reliable and not to terrible to fix if they do go bad.

$12,000?  Is that Canadian?  For 2?!

That's like $4500 USD for one.  That's really tempting if it runs...

Don't worry it has a clean title

"The hood vents on the hood are also in good shape."  Well now take mah moneh now!!!
The only value here is to turn it into a FFR Cobra. IF the engine is fully intact, which is dubious.

What's a 'Stang Cart? Anyways, what's the deal here... dude didn't have insurance? He's facing a repair bill that's more than the value of the car. It would probably be a write-off if it was insured.

DeathKart.

Think sand rail, for asphalt.

He did something stupid and doesn't want insurance to know, or doesn't have insurance. Either way, he's fairly screwed.

His best bet is to start parting it out. He ain't getting $15 G's.

Had to google image DeathKart. Suffering Jesus no. A FFR Cobra with a fresh Coyote drivetrain can be worth $50K + if done well. A "deathkart" will be worth nothing.

But a FFR kit is gonna cost $20k plus another $5-10k in paint and other parts. Stang Cart would only cost a bit of money to add a cage to the stripped out car.
