The lines are wrong vis-à-vis the A-Class, especially at the rear window, quarter panel.  The up sweep versus the downward curve of the A-Class makes the rear end look too thick and awkward...and cheap looking.

The Corolla has better road presence. Uplevel Corollas look pretty slick; wide fender flares, sharp looking wheels, really planted stance.


This has none of those things.
