I can't believe how many people buy Explorers.  As if it's the only vehicle in its class?  Good for Ford though.  The Mustang too!

For the Explorer, fleet sales and rebates have really helped its sales.

I'm more impressed with the Grand Cherokee's sales, it is actually running with the best-sellers. It hasn't done that in years, if ever. I'm not a fan of the vehicle, but you can't argue with those sales numbers.

I for some reason am surprised at the number of Neons being sold. I haven't seen as many (new) ones around lately. And about those Mustang sales?  :o  Good for them.

I think the new Mustang has much broader appeal than the previous generation one.  The last one seemed to (despite its heritage) come off as more of a "kids" car.  The new one has a much more serious, classic design that would convince non-Mustang buyers to take a look.  I know I'm going to give it a test drive some day.

As far as the Explorer, I never really "got" that.  I almost definitely would take a 4Runner over it.

I'm no 4Runner fan myself. The seats aren't especially comfortable, and it's too expensive. If I wanted a truck-based SUV, I'd take a Pathfinder first, and if I wanted a car-based SUV/crossover...you know what I'd take.  B)

People like new cars very much around this time? :o

Yes!  Spring is when the new car bug infects most people.  Also why it's a good reason to buy in the winter.  Even better, right after Christmas when everyone just about maxed-out

The Bartender

Do the Chevrolet Tahoe figures include the Suburban?  I didn't see the Suburban on there, but it does list the Yukon and Yukon XL seperate?
(For those who don't know, the Yukon is a Tahoe, and the Yukon XL is a Suburban)

That's a great local brewery that we have. Do I drink their beer? No.
