Lol but why

There's a 335 down the block from me too. I feel bad but I think I might have to go see what that's about next week

a 335 or 355?

I was actually going to comment that I'd rather pay 400 bucks for 3 laps in a 355 than 200 for 3 in a 458.

BMW 335i

And well thats like, your opinion man

I really wanted to do the Gallardo but this still sounds like a good time. I'm pretty sure a track day in my car or on my bike would cost about the same

But then you get to drive the whole day, correct?

So, I'm confused about the 335 comment. Are you looking to buy a difference/another car?

No, just 3 laps around a track

I'm not sure how many sessions you get at a track day.

The 335 is separate... I just mentioned it cause it's something else I want to test drive. I'm not in the market just yet.

3 laps are going to by extremely quick.  I got to do 10 in the GT-R and it was too short.

I'd rather do 20 in a CRX.

2.25 mile course, it'll be over in <6 minutes unless you drive really slow.

Meh.

Ring me up when you drive something cool and awesome like a '74 Monaco or '81 Caprice Classic.  :evildude:

Have fun and don't forget to post a shitload of photos!

Have fun up around the top side of the course. It's hard to hit the line right. The last bits are easy and fun though

The last track event I was at I sore I saw a Monaco in the paddocks over in the corner.

I couldn't believe it, you rarely see these and to see someone TRACK IT!!!

Alas, as I walked closer to investigate I realized it was just a row of outhouses.

I saw an add for this the other day. Sounds like fun.

I've seen these events before, they do seem interesting. I'd just rather spend the same amount of money and have a full day on the track in my own car(whatever it may be).

3,4,5 laps is just not enough, and since very few of us would even get "warmed up" and find our lines after a few laps I think it would be tough to push a car like that anywhere close to it's limits.

Still, a nice opportunity. I'd be interested in it if I were already at a track day, tracking my car and it was a service offered. I'd get warmed up in mine for the first half of the day and then do some hot laps in a Ford GT, ferrari, etc.

How dare you criticize the magnificent work of art that is the '74 Dodge "F*CKING AWESOME" Monaco! How dare you!
