Simca 1100 I believe. Looks like a Russian Lada for some reason, despite Lada generally using older Fiat body styles...

That Porsche doesn't look like a targa to me.

That Porsche isn't a Targa. It's just a 911 Coupe. It could be an SC or a 3.2.
