Pay close attention to this drivers use of shuffle steering - it's easy- it's fast- it keeps complete control of the vehicle and he never looks like he's hurrying or out of shape.

I see him shuffling, yes. I also see him barely gettin' on it too.

I think the reason he's in control is because, as Minpin said, he isn't gettin' on it. I don't think it has to do with how he steers.
