We grant people like doctors and attorneys exemptions from zoning regulations so that they can have home offices and keep overhead costs down--seems like the least the city could do is let some dude with no legs who lives on a larger acre-plot on the outskirts of town a chance to make a living fixing cars.

As the judge said; this could have been worked out. Defined quiet hours, agreements to keep debris out of sight, limiting parking, etc.
But the fact the neighbors threatened this dude with divine retribution makes me think they're not playing with a full deck.

He says he's never charged for services. I know that if I had a neighbor that was that chill with a kick ass garage, I'd throw some decent funds into the beer jar though.
Update: one of the assholes is giving up and is selling his house, but the other 3 cunts are taking it to the State Supreme Court. :facepalm:
