Hmm. I'm torn between the Yaris and the Fit. More thinking needed on my part, I believe.

Raza

I'm stuck on the Fit, which is probably the best value, the Cooper, which is most likely the most fun, or the Smart, which is the coolest.

CMan

Haven taking long tests in both the Yaris and the Fit, I'll take the Yaris. Seems more fun to me, like an oversized go kart.

I'm going to buy a tube radio so we can huddle round it and, by the light of a single candle, listen to President Obama's fireside chats.

After you wake up with the sun at 6am on someone's floor, coughing up cigarette butts and tasting like warm beer, you may well change your opinion on this matter.

Mini, but I wish I'd voted Versa now I think about it.  It's actually a very good car.

"On a given day, a given circumstance, you think you have a limit. And you then go for this limit and you touch this limit, and you think, 'Okay, this is the limit'. And so you touch this limit, something happens and you suddenly can go a little bit further. With your mind power, your determination, your instinct, and the experience as well, you can fly very high." - Ayrton Senna

I recall you mentioning an engine problem before?

I've been told that its quality has improved dramatically since its launch, would you agree with that assessment?

Fit for me, close between the Cooper, Fit, and Smart, but the fit is the one I would buy

TheIntrepid

Fit.

In that segment, I'd rather have the convenience of 4 doors.

2004 Chrysler Intrepid R/T Clone - Titanium Graphite [3.5L V6 - 250hp]
1996 BMW 325i Convertible - Brilliant Black [2.5L I6 - 189hp]

The Versa isn't a subcompact.  It's Golf sized.
