Yeah, I was gonna suggest one of the many Oregon coast big crashing wave places, but it's not deep enough for Devil's Churn. One of my favorite touristy places!

It's not just a wave crashing up. The only hint I can really give is that it's a very large one of these, and as you can see, there are a lot of tourists at this particular one.

It's not just a big wave! This is easiest hint I can give. If I googled the word I'm hinting at, it'd be rather easy to find.
