Nice!  Nobody f*cked with our librarian.  She was a very tall, imposing Russian woman, complete with the thick accent, and a penchant for vodka.  Rumor was she kept a bottle in her desk, but obviously, nobody could confirm that.  She scared the crap out of most of us.

Our school had created a senior lounge for the seniors to go for their free periods.  It was in vacant, adjoining classrooms in the basement of the school, pretty secluded from everything else so noise wasn't a massive issue.  There was a couple of ping pong tables, a lounge area with a TV and Nintendo, and tables for eating, etc.  It was actually a pretty cool spot, and a brilliant idea by the school's administration.  There was always lots of us in there.  That place was fun too, I'd rather go there than leave during free periods.

Edit:  My high school was pretty cool too.  It's a very old building, and was the fallout shelter for the town back when that was common practice.  As such, there as a lot of passageways and catacombs in the basement.

Here is a few pics of it from 1906 and 1907.  The huge front lawn and trees are still there, and the building still looks like that, but it doesn't have the spires anymore.

Beautiful building, Adam.

I don't think I'd have messed with that librarian either....  It's good you stuck to tormenting moonlighting cops.... :pullover:

Hehe, I will say Ive done 5 times the legal limit once, just for the hell of it

I've done 100 over the limit before!

It was a permanent 15 during a winter break, I believe.  Some time when school was not in session and the place was abandoned (the road goes between two schools)

I've done 3 over the limit on my bike.

I am gradually slowing down from the speeds I used to do. This law is leaving me scared.
It's good that you are slowing down now.

I have kept my speed to strictly to 10-20 over for a while. Highways I stretch it I admit.

There are times I admit I have fun and go way over the limit. But after this law, I'm keeping it to 49KM/HR over maximum.

Nope.

Back to the topic. I was cruising at a steady 135-140ish on the way here just now. That was going with the relatively light traffic flow.

Could have been 6-7 of us all 10kph away from the impound lot.

Tires are too new to do anything without rain. I'm waiting on rainfall to make your video, Yoder.

What kind of tires do you have worse wet traction when new?

I'm trying to LOSE traction here, not gain it. These tires have too much tread. ;)

I'm sure I'm right. It's my car and I know it won't lose traction on dry roads with new tires. Tires are DESIGNED to give you grip.

Short of being bald, most all season tires aren't going to have substantially different grip when they are new compared to, say, half-worn.

The ones I replaced last weekend were bald as hell. The new ones probably have 150km on them.

My point still stands.  Yes, they are new, but their grip now isn't going to be substantially different than the grip they offer when they are half-worn.  I'm assuming we are talking about standard all season tires here.

So, because it's your car, it works differently than any other car? Umm.... I'm going to have to go ahead and disagree with you there... yeah.

Whatever you choose to believe, you should have made your drifting video before you got new tires.

Yeah they're standard all-seasons. BF Goodrich I think. I'll double check when I get outside. Anyway I'll try to pull some shit tomorrow on my day off.
