Which Aston?  The N24?  The N24 is a nice choice, but it's also not a road car.

The Superleggera is a nice choice, were it not for the eGear transmission.

GT3 RS is amazing.  Sure, the Superleggera's faster, but the GT3 is just an amazing car, and a unique challenge.

About that Aston, I felt that if you were going to make a lightweight race car, why start with something as heavy as an Aston?

Because Aston needs to compete, and that's their platform?

GT3!
I must say, May wasn't very smart... I don't mind if a car doesn't have A/C but if the windows don't open, that's all bad. :nono:
Plus starting the car is a biatch and the AMV8 was slower than both the Gallardo and GT3.

As good as a 911 GT3 RS is, the Lambo is just to @(*&#($*$@ to pass up.

May should have taken an Exige S.

Probably, but it's in a different league. Other than the Scuderia, I don't know what else there is to pick from. Well, you guys probably could find something, but I can't.

I can't remember the specs off the top of my head, but the Exige S should be able to keep up, right?

It has 220hp, I think.

They probably would be comparable, but, like I said, different segment of the market.

I just watched the episode.  I have to say it was an great.

I busted out laughing when it showed May driving naked.

My pick would be the Lamborghini Gallardo, but not the Superleggera.  Let's face it, you buy a car like this to pose and to be noticed.  If you're going to pose, you may as well get the Roadster.  Yep, Gallardo Roadster for me.

Besides, doesn't Clarkson already own a Gallardo?  I think he bought it after he got rid of his Ford GT for the second time.

As an everyday car I'd take the Lambo, but for the best experience on a driving road (I really need to go to Europe after seeing the Alps like that), the GT3 seems more serious and driver-focused.

That's a great local brewery that we have. Do I drink their beer? No.

I NEED to drive that road.  Oh, the Lambo for me.

I agree.  I'd have a Gallardo Spyder and drive it around London at 10mph!
