Can you read? "Limited Production".

$20 says it won't even be that.

Don't mind Trep. He's just angry Toyota didn't think of it first, since a Camry Panel TRD is Trep's #1 fantasy car.

Or maybe you're just an idiot who can't read.  It clearly says that it's heading for showrooms and is going to be a limited production vehicle.

Hmm. I don't really see the point in this, but that's okay I suppose. They've had a panel HHR on display at the dealership near here, and I remember thinking it was a strange vehicle to put on display for non-commercial purposes.

You're my age.  We're getting old.  Plus, now that you're married, your life expectancy has gone way down, since you're more likely to be poisoned by your wife.

Much in the same way a lot of people who didn't understand the inspriation for the PT didn't get it at first, there's a long history of panel van hotrods that resonates with a certain number of people, and sometimes things like that end up being contagious.
Maybe we need to start off small. I mean, they don't let you fuck the glumpers at Glumpees without a level 4 FuckPass, do they?

I liked the Magnum and Pacifica.  Kind of sad.  Even though the Pacifica didn't get the best of reviews, or have the best interior, I thought in terms of exterior design, it was one of the best looking when it came to that mini van meets SUV look.  I always thought it was a good looking car.

Unless they didn't ok it the PT is history.

That's a GM link. The press release from Chrysler only states the PT convertible. We've had two threads on it here already. As reported in the NY times:

http://www.carspin.net/forums/index.php?topic=11855.0

"DETROIT, Nov. 1 ? Chrysler LLC said today that it would cut up to 10,000 more hourly jobs, eliminate 1,000 salaried positions, and discontinue shifts at five assembly plants in the United States and Canada, in the first major steps under its new private owners.

The company also is dropping four models from its lineup, including the convertible version of its PT Cruiser sport wagon, as well as the Chrysler Pacifica, a crossover vehicle criticized as being too big and too expensive for family buyers.

Also leaving the lineup are the Dodge Magnum, a low-slung station wagon, and the Chrysler Crossfire two-seater. Both those vehicles are based on underpinnings from Mercedes-Benz, which is owned by Chrysler?s former parent, Daimler."

Your GM insider forum link was earlier, as it was BEFORE the announcement on Nov. 1 that I just quoted.

Yes, you do.  If you want to feel vindicated, you can give me your Z28.  Sure, the convertible's not my favorite body style, but it will do.
