I think those are computer renders. Look at the way the wheels reflect off the floor. It looks like they used photon mapping to make the reflection look more "realistic" but I think they would have been better off with a non-reflective floor.

It's a concept penned by a design student interning at Lamborghini.  Obviously it hasn't got a prayer of going into production.

Too bad.  Lamborghini needs some more utter madness in their designs.
