It looks like it's somewhere on the gulf of mexico, but somewhere that isn't nearly as developed, which rules out florida...

I go to corpus christi 8-9 times a year. I this is corpus christi I ought to be slapped. FWIW I don't think this is, maybe an outskirts or something.

Yeah, I think that's the right answer.  I was hoping I'd get credit for saying Corpus Christie, so that was going to be my followup if the initial answer wasn't right.
