Eclipse Recalled A Second Time

Mitsubishi has issued the second recall for the 2006 Eclipse, a car the company hopes will turn its fortunes around in the U.S. market. The problem this time is with the vehicle's brakes, as a prior recall held. The new recall involves 3760 Eclipses built between March 30 and June 10 at the company's plant in Normal, Ill. A spokesman told Reuters that a master brake cylinder seal could be installed improperly, leading to longer brake distances. The prior recall of the '06 model involved the vacuum booster.

They probably shouldn't have moved the launch up two weeks or however much the way they did.

Yup, and they are paying the price...and frankly, it really isnt a price they can afford to pay at the moment.

I only like the Ralliart One...the rest are ugly, IMO.

no, it looks like a bloated fat pig in pics, so i wasn't expecting much, but when i saw one, d00d...
