Roswell, New Mexico?

Logical guess, but no.

Should I give extra points for guess the car? year, model, make, and probably engine size?

Colin

I think the car is a Chevy Caprice from about 1965....... but I've no idea about the place!

Nope, 1965 Chevy Impala four door sedan.  You can tell it's an Impala by the three taillights per side Biscaynes and Belaires had two per side.  In 65 the Caprice was a trim package offered on four door hardtops only.  The car in question probably had a 283 or 237 V8.

Stuck?  Need a clue?  It's on a famous beach in the US.

Not Hattaras Island, further South.

Try googling what it looks like.

(Any bigger hint would result in my telling you the location, which kind of defeats the purpose of this)

Pensacola Beach?

Yeah? What's the house number and street?

I remember seeing that when I was stationed at Pensacola in the early 70's.  It's still there pending the last couple of hurricanes, or was at least the last time we were there.

It's all yours Pancor.
