The operation of any vehicle on public streets (including lawn tractors and, IIRC, even non-motorized vehicles like bicycles) while intoxicated can land you a DWI/DUI.

I have no idea if this is true, but I heard a story in college that a friend of a friend rode a bike home drunk, hit a mailbox, and got a DUI.  Man, that would suck.

In Canada, you have drive a "Motor Vehicle". Interesting enough, a "Motor Vehicle" is defined as a vehicle that is not human power. Therefore, a sail boat would be a motor vehicle.

Also, I supose a row boat would be if you were going with the current, but not if you were going against.
