I have a feeling this is a Maserati Racecar from the 60s with some obscure name.

It could either be a Maserati Birdcage Telair special Penske, a Maserati Birdcage Camoradi Hansgen, a Maserati Birdcage Camoradi Krause...etc.  

If the car is called tipo 63, then if it was me, I would declare that the winner, but its your discretion.
