I have a 100 page brochure on the 2004 7er now.  Turns out they are standard on the 760, but optional on all other models.  

I have the whole manual here, so if you are unsure of anything, just ask :)

Well if I'm open to the 5er then I'll look harder at the 03 M5, I really like the 7er though.  I think it's a really sexy car, maybe I'm crazy but it looks really nice to me.  I know I would love the M5 performance but sacrifice luxury and many of the overkill options that make the 7er such a deal.
