2008 Accord EX-L V6 Navi

I tried talking him into a CTS, but meh...

Picked it up earlier today. It had a whopping 4kms on it (Pre-PDI).

Nicer than his 2002 V6 in a lot of little ways, but again, meh...

Nice!  That's the proper color for that car as well.  The V6 is going to be a gem, but just let it go through the break-in period and change the oil by the oil life indicator, NOT BY THE 3 MONTH OR HOWEVER MANY KILOMETERS
'RULE.'

I like the colour.

I went with one of the dealer guys to pick it up this morning from another dealer.

I put a gentle 105kms on it before handing the keys over to my grandpa. Alas, he's a little rough on his cars, but he wont be winding it up to 6000rpm...

I also drove a 2008 EX-L 4cyl Coupe (auto) after dropping it off at our dealer for PDI. Not for me.

My dad has a similar colour on his Passat which is maybe why I'm bored of it

CJ

Our Camry and Accord are sort of that color.  Our Accord IS that color, but the Camry is a darker, deeper shade of grey.  It also has more flake.

USA_Idol

Nice car.  If it were mine, I'd rather have it in Basque Red.

I thought that was a BMW 5-Series when I saw the side profile.

Congrats to your grandpa! Nice car. I like the new Accord a lot. Saw them upclose at Geneva and they're awesome, especially the design and the interior.

I don't mind the new Accord.  It does look a bit like a 5-Series but for non enthusiast it's a really good car.

They're soooooo big....

I'm sure they're pretty nice cars though. He should look into some new suspension components like I did.

actually, the new accord, especially the ex v6 is a mighty awesome car. i always like driving my mom's new one. her only complaint - the size. she thinks it's too big for her needs (being that this is a second car).

Yeah, except Honda decided to slap an ungainly and ugly looking "blade" grille on the front when they made it an Acura.

We get the same one.  :ohyeah:

I've seen only one on the road so far and they look really nice. I checked them out in detail at Geneva and was very impressed. Wouldn't mind owning one myself.  :mrcool:
