It is indeed a Fiat Perla.

I was waiting for answers like "Palio Sedan" or "Albea", but this is the Chinese market version.

The clue as to where it was spotted is with the cars in the background..........

That looks nothing like the Fiats we get here and I could only think of Chinese cars by the characteristic shape of them
