BTW, chad is a country, not a city. I want the name of the city in the pics.

I told you this one is tough....but the answer can be guessed it you just look at the map of africa and single out the french colonies.

One more clue: This city is NOT the administrative capital of the country, however, it is the most important city (perhaps the only) by far, and for all practical purposes, the capital.
