These are how old? I can tell the difference in quality between these and your latests. You were good then, but excellent now.

Also, why would someone willingly import a Chrysler 300M?

Thanks. These days I tend not to forget to set the area focus mode from stationary to dynamic subject. That way the camera focuses the sharpness in the center of the photo and hence the shots are better. Before I used to forget to do this. This can happen when you're constantly switching between stationary and dynamic targets (cars).  :ohyeah:

They were sold in Europe after Chrysler and MB merged. You could find many of them all over the country at MB dealerships.  :ohyeah:

My former boss, in Switzerland, had a Chrysler 300M........ I could never work out why he chose it, either. He replaced it with a 300C Touring, but that one did at least have the Diesel engine to make it slightly less costly to run.

Mind you, another Swiss team member at the time had a Windstar....... what on earth possessed him, I never found out.

The Swiss seem to have an odd fascination with American cars.  And not just with Corvettes and the like.  They also seem to go for a disturbing number of dreary, commonplace American detritus.  I remember reading somewhere a long time ago that Switzerland was the largest export market for the Chevrolet Corsica outside of North America!

:wtf:

Hmm..... that's probably because it was the ONLY export market for the Chevy Corsica!

The 300M isn't bad.........quite floaty but nice inside. Much different from the sporty-luxo sedans you get over there.

But the Windstar? Why!? (I can kinda understand the Corsica.........they're actually rather quick, the Beretta Z36 coupe at least)

Those times I've been in Switzerland I was under the impression that American cars are just popular there. I've seen Ford Crown Victorias act as expensive taxis in Z?rich.
