I've never really seen a dirty gas cap.  They're usually quite covered and secluded from the dirt of norm.

Jeep Wrangler/CJ, or any number of cars pre-1980.
Maybe we need to start off small. I mean, they don't let you fuck the glumpers at Glumpees without a level 4 FuckPass, do they?

One of the patents, the EasyFuel Capless Fuel-Filler System is scheduled to be included on the 2010 Mustang. This industry-exclusive feature eliminates the need to touch dirty gas caps and helps to reduce evaporative emissions that create smog. When fueling is completed and the fuel pump nozzle is removed, the system automatically seals shut."

My wife's new Escape has this feature.

My '89 Volvo has this feature.

Is it wrong that I like touching my dirty gas cap?

I wasn't even alive.

Cars don't cease to exist once they're no longer current, you know.

Besides, the Wrangler is still in production.

Ok, so in general, newer cars (besides rugged things like Jeeps) have a handy dandy cover over the gas cap, and I therefore rarely see "dirty" gas caps.

What do you want?

For you to appreciate the tactile experience of a dirty gas cap.
