Not any particular model of Honda, mind you. Just "Honda." (Toyota was the runner-up, the second-best car.)

I am going to call up my Honda dealership and see if they can order me a Honda Honda.

I would record that phone call for prosperity if I could.

I remember there was a poll similar to this conducted at a HS I went to in GA. All the kids were answering either Ford or Chevy :rolleyes: with a few that answered Dodge. My answer at the time: Porsche :devil:

And I'm proud to say that I (somewhat) led others to realize that other options were available. After I gave my answer, kids were getting (somewhat) more creative in their answers: they started giving specific models like the Cadillac Eldorado and Seville, and the Acura Legend.

TOKYO, Japan, January 28, 2009? Honda Motor Co., Ltd. announced a summary of automobile production, Japan domestic sales, and export results for the calendar year 2008 as well as for the month of December 2008.

Calendar Year of 2008
Production in Japan experienced a year-on-year decrease for the second consecutive year (since 2007).

Due primarily to increased production in Asia, production in regions outside of Japan experienced a year-on-year increase for the 12th consecutive year (since 1997).

Worldwide production also experienced a year-on-year increase for the 12th consecutive year (since 1997).

Honda set an all-time record for calendar year production in regions outside of Japan and worldwide production as well as production in Asia and China.
