Not London.

The Eye was constructed horizontally and then winched up through 90 degrees into its current position........ my London office is about 5 minutes walk from the London Eye, and I can tell you that that part of the Thames is nothing like that.

Having said that, I really don't know where the picture is!

Took me a while because I was trying to run down the boat and not the building.
