It's some concept car I think. Within the last 5 year or so i think... I keep thinking citroen, but google doesn't return anything good.

Indeed it's a concept car within the last 5 years.  You are probably thinking of the right car. Not Citroen though.

Frig that stupid flat black piece stretches all the way across undisturbed and the corners have that jagged kind of look to it. And i think the tail lamps kind of look similar to what the gallardo's look like from the back.

And the car body itself is white... iirc

No.

SVT_power's description is pretty accurate.  The black bumper does extend across the back, and the body itself is light silver.  The tail lamps don't resemble that of a gallardo, though, but some other parts can be seen as similar.  He's probably thinking of the right car.  I have to resist the urge to tell him what it is.
