Wow a Porsche I like.

Colonel Cadillac

3200 lbs with a V8 AND battery packs! Very, very impressive.

Payman

Sweet merciful jeebus. KERS and a 200 hp electric power boost feature.

Galaxy

The Porsche 918 Spyder offers no fewer than four driving modes, ranging from an all-electric mode (with a cruising range of 16 miles) to a max attack hybrid mode for the racetrack. An e-boost button would provide an extra jolt of electric power for overtaking.

The Prius does not have hybrid max attack.  :evildude:

I must say though that I am not entirely pleased by the styling.  The front lip looks like it was added as an afterthought, and the back is a bit busy.

Galaxy

I think it is almost certain that the next 911 (2011) will be electrified, at least in some versions.

MX793

I'd take one sans the electric motors and batteries please....

This is making me very sad.  Why do I have to be alive during the death of the car?

That's the worst fucking analogy I've heard in a long time. I'm depressed because you said this.

Fuck, man.

I like every Porsche made with only 2 doors. And from what I can tell, I like this one too.

I like but I don't like. Don't really feel one way or another about it

A little busy, but it's a concept. There's a bit of 904 and 908 in there, as well as a bit of Carrera GT. It retains Porsche identity without looking like a 911 derivative, which is a feat. As to the electric bit, it's full circle, considering the first cars with the Porsche name on them were gas-electric hybrids in 1902:

Like a fine Detroit wine, this vehicle has aged to budgetary perfection...

Loud revving engine and gearbox > whiny electric motor and no gearbox?

Why is there a new Submariner?
